Qualification Required:

1. MBBS or M.Sc. 
2. Sc. / Ph.D. / FCPS / MD / MS / M.Phil. / DPH 
3. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent
4.  Registered Nurse or Midwife with PNC.

Required Documents:

1. 2  recent  passport size  photographs
2. CNIC 
3. Education  Certificates  (Matriculation,  Intermediate  certificates,  Bachelors and Master’s  certificates,  M.Phil and  Ph.D  Degrees) 
4. Experience  Certificates (where  required) 
5. Domicile  certificate 
6. Departmental Permission  Certificate (in case  of existing  government  servants)
